What is Matcha + Mint?

Matcha Mint is a combination of stone-ground mint and tea leaves. Our Iced Matcha Mint is a combination of pure stone ground peppermint leaves and shade-grown green tea leaves. This is stone-ground to Japanese standards to create a super fine powder that is high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

What does mint green tea do for you?

There are wide ranging benefits to the Matcha Mint combination. The well known matcha powder benefits are the reason this super energy tea is seeing such a huge increase in interest. Benefits include:

Matcha Mint Tea

This recipe is a firm favourite here in the office and it is simple. It can be made in one of two ways.

  1. Take half a teaspoon of our iced mint matcha and add to your water bottle. Shake it hard & go.
  2. Take half a teaspoon of our finest matcha powder. Add to your water bottle along with fresh mint leaves. Shake hard, leave to infuse then drink!

Matcha Mint Latte

This is super easy. Follow our Matcha Latte recipe and simply use the iced mint matcha powder in replacement of the everyday matcha powder. It’s smooth, minty fresh and delicious mid-afternoon!

Matcha Mint Smoothie

As with all of our recipes, this is super easy. Take all of the below ingredients. Add them to your blender of choice. Whizz them till they are smooth. Drink slowly whilst trying to chew. This will encourage far better digestion. Smoothies are great BUT not when guzzled and your body doesn’t have time to digest them correctly!

Ingredients:

  • Banana
  • Avocado
  • Spinach
  • Apple juice
  • Water
  • 1 tsp Iced Mint Matcha Powder
